Diso adiresy ireto vondrona mitaraina ireto !

Ahoana no tsy any amin’ilay orinasa MICTSL (Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Limited) IZAY TSY ORINASA FANÀNAM-BAHOAKA (na an’ny FANJAKANA izany) no mitady vaha olana ireo vondrona orinasa ireo ? ? TSY MIKASIKA ny fanjakana izay fitantanan’ny orinasa MICTSL ny raharahany.

Toy izao no mombamomba azy

MICTSL (Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Limited) is a PRIVATE COMPANY CREATED AND REGISTERED IN MADAGASCAR in 2005 to manage the container terminal in Toamasina. MICTSL TOOK OVER the CONTAINER TERMINAL MANAGEMENT on 17th October 2005 and launched its own challenge to modernize the port of Toamasina in close cooperation with SPAT (Société de Port à gestion Autonome de Toamasina), the port authority.

A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of the Philippines based ICTSI group [International Container Terminal Services, Inc.], specialized in the development and management of ports and terminals all over the world, MICTSL provides discharging, loading, receiving, delivery, handling and storage of containerized cargo services at the port of Toamasina.

The port of Toamasina is still considered as the main gateway to Madagascar with regular calls of deep sea vessels, enabling importers and exporters to promote their trade with international partners ; therefore, all type of commodities are transiting through this port : raw materials, mining products, household appliances, building materials, agro-food products, etc.

The CONCESSION OF THE CONTAINER TERMINAL BY THE MALAGASY GOVERNMENT [Ravalomanana] , that led to the creation of MICTSL, is a GENUINE PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP whose positive impacts have been experienced by port users, economic operators, and even the Toamasina population in general (through various projects and achievements in cooperation with the port authority, the region Atsinanana and Toamasina I municipality).

Infrastructure improvements, operational performance in constant evolution, acquisition of state of the art equipment and operating system have built the reputation of the port of Toamasina, through the Container Terminal, within the international maritime industry.
