« le Ministre de l’Eau, de l’Energie et des Hydrocarbures, Lantoniaina Rasoloelison vient de lancer le défi de couvrir en électricité les 70 % de la population malgache d’ici 2030 [...]

« Mais l’objectif final est, selon lui, de faire en sorte que 85 % des sources d’énergies utilisées par la Jirama soient issues des énergies renouvelables comme l’éolienne, la biomasse ou encore le SOLAIRE. »

Mati-pototra aloha ny fanakianan’i reviv [3 février à 13:45] etsy aloha hoe ny RANO no tokony ho NIALOHAN’ ny JIRO !
« la logique aurait voulu que le nom du sigle serait RAJIMA et non JIRAMA ...Car AVANT de pouvoir s’éclairer il faut d’abord POUVOIR VIVRE, d’où le sens ÉVIDENT
de la PRIORITÉ, SOURCE DE VIE qui est l’EAU D’ABORD et vient ensuite l’électricité...Est-ce que M. Le ministre...connait-il la PRIORITÉ de la population malgache ? »
Ary TOKONY HO MAIMAIM-POANA ny famatsiana RANO ny SARAMBABEM-BAHOAKA, indrindra indrindra ny eran’ny AMBANIVOHITRA sy AMBANY VOLO ary ny AMBANIRAVINKAZO ! Izany no isan’ny VOALOHAN-JAVATRA azo hitsarana ny mpitondra fanjakana raha mitsimbina marina ny vahoaka entiny izy mbany koa izay hoe PRÔGRAMA aroson’ny MPILALAO PÔLITIKA rehetra mitady hitondra ny fanjakana. Mifanindran-dalana amin’izany ny FITSITSIANA, ny tsi-fandanidaniam-poana ny volam-panjakana. Ohatra kely iray fotsiny azo hitarafana izany atsy ho atsy :

Mba hisy KANDIDÀ iray ve, amin’ireo mikasa hirotsaka hofidina ho prezidàn’i Madagasikara sy ny vahoakany, ka hampiditra ho lahara-pamehana ao anaty PRÔGRAMANY ny FANAFOANANA ilay lalàna tsy an-drariny ary mahamenatra eo imason’ny any ivelany manome TOMBON-TSOA MANOKANA TSY HITA VELIVELY ho an’ny prezidà tsy amperin’asa intsony kanefa ny vahoaka efa nentiny difotry ny fahoriana mangidy, mitsimpona zaoridira, ary raha azona aretina na tsy manao ahoana akory aza dia azo antoka fa tsy ho ela dia hindaosan’ny fahafatesana noho ny nanapotehana ny FAHASALAMAM-BAHOAKA [ny atao hoe SANTÉ PUBLIQUE] sy ny anjakan’ny fikatsahan’ny mpitsabo ― saiky efa MATY ERITRERITRA ny ankamaroany ― tambim-bola aman-karena alohan’ny hanekeny hitsabo ?

Misy lahatsoratra manaraka, mba tsara hotsakotsakoin ’Ingahy Ministre de l’Eau, de l’Energie et des Hydrocarbures sao mba mety manampy azy ihany hamolavola pôlitika tena hahomby fa tsy vitan’ny fidradradradrana hevi-poty raha fanao amin’ny kabary ambony vavahady famitaham-bahoaka. Tsy mila miandry ny 2030 akory ny hahatontosana izany famatsiana RANO sy JIRO ny ankamaroan’ny vahoaka tena mila azy ankehitriny.

“Solar Innovation Could Solve Africa’s Water Problem ”

. Droughts have millions starving and drinking putrid water.[...]
Much of Africa is in pitiable condition from DROUGHT and POTABLE WATER is just not there [South Africa] for many. Two lasting memories of Africa for me are women walking great distances with water containers on their heads and men with bundles of sticks for cooking fires on theirs. Marry the water with the firewood and a warm meal may be possible.

The WESTERN APPROACH to these problems, since the COLONIAL ERA , has been BIG INFRASTRUCTURE : central power stations, dams and water pumped great distances from one of Africa’s big rivers. (It should be noted that Africa has few of these) Sadly, that solution favors mega-cities over towns, towns over villages and villages over farms.

That is why I was gripped with excitement hearing about a new product that, if deployed widely over the next half century, could help Africa immensely, but in short order can help the stricken Caribbean. [...]

It is a Swiss Army knife of a POWER UNIT , made with off-the-shelf components, that HARNESSES SOLAR ENERGY TO WRING WATER OUT OF THE AIR AND MAKE ELECTRICITY. Anyone who has had to empty a dehumidifier daily knows how much water there is in the air ; the more humidity, the greater the water resource.

ALDELANO CORPORATION, an imaginative, minority-owned company with manufacturing in Jackson, Tenn., is making the units. Although there are other air-to-water systems using solar, generally these are small and aimed at single family use . Aldelano is INTEGRATIONG WATER, POWER , power and even ice production in a SOLAR WATERMAKER — a 40-foot-long box with an industrial design life of 20 years.[...]

Now he is in the midst of shipping the first 100 water-makers to buyers in the hurricane-ravaged islands of the CARIBBEAN : Antigua and Barbuda, and the British Virgin Islands. PUERTO RICO , where 30 percent of the inhabitants, mostly rural, are WITHOUT POWER and CLEAN WATER is a candidate but has not yet ordered any units.

Hollingsworth told me that each unit produces up to 1,000 gallons [of WATER] A DAY and can produce ELECTRICITY to light SEVEN homes. This gives “off- the-grid” a new dimension. [2 000 gallon (US, liquid) = 7 570 liter]
I have been writing about energy for decades, and LONGER THAN THAT ABOUT AFRICA , and here is a melding of old products into a new one, which is something that can make a difference there [...]
